Email Support Subscription Terms of Service 




  • Unlimited email support from Jaimie Zaki at email address It is the member’s responsibility to email Jaimie when he/she has questions. Failure to utilize email support will not result in a refund. Emails will be responded to within 24 hours of being received (M-Th). Emails received on weekends may incur a 72 hour response time (F-Su). 

    Email support is not a substitute for emergency or medical care/advice. If you or your child has an emergency, please contact your healthcare provider or call 911.

  • Monthly private video/voice call support (lasting approximately 30 minutes). It is the client’s responsibility to schedule monthly call based on calendar availability provided inside membership platform. It is not Jaimie Zaki’s responsibility to initiate appointment sign ups. If scheduled appointment needs to be rescheduled, either party should give no less than 24 hour’s notice unless there is a life threatening emergency or act of God that prevents communication. Rescheduled meetings should take place within 5 business days of originally scheduled meeting whenever reasonably possible.  Complex concerns may require upgraded Support Visit.

  • Weekly inspirational Email

  • 10% off additional Private Support Packages – Use Code EMAILSUB1022

  • Early Access to Quarterly support group calls, early access to new course, product releases, etc. 


Members will be charged $45 per month automatically until they cancel their subscription. It is the member’s responsibility to utilize perks or cancel subscription. Upon cancelling subscription, members will lose access to the above resources immediately. 


All correspondence will be kept private between member and provider. At no time will the member’s private information be sold or shared with anyone for any reason without expressly written consent. Correspondence information may be entered to an secure electronic charting platform for organization. 

This service is not eligible for FSA/HSA or insurance reimbursement, however upgraded private support visits and class attendance may be eligible for insurance reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider for more information. 

Email Jaimie at for any questions or concerns regarding membership, membership benefits, obtaining a Superbill for insurance eligible services, etc. 

Refunds: Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Jaimie Zaki after member makes written request citing reasons for refunds. Members who fail to initiate their membership perks are not eligible for a monthly refund. Forgetting to cancel a membership is not eligible for monthly refund, however if you believe you are entitled to a refund, Jaimie would like to make sure you have received value for your investment and will work with you to find a solution to your concerns.
