About Little Bear Lactation
Little Bear Lactation was founded in 2018 by Jaimie Zaki - a then mother of 2, now mother of 5. Jaimie has been providing breastfeeding support as a La Leche League Leader (former), doula, and IBCLC beginning in 2016. Jaimie is the hostess of the Breastfeeding With Confidence Podcast and has supported hundreds of families to confidently navigate breastfeeding, reminding them breastfeeding does not have to be perfect to be positive; and inspiring them to make confident decisions from the place where information and intuition collide.
After struggling with feeding all 5 of her babies early on, and helping so many mothers navigate breastfeeding, saying "I wish I knew that sooner", Jaimie is on a mission to help more mothers get truly prepared for breastfeeding, and provide a built in safety net of support from the beginning.
As a military wife, Jaimie has built and moved her business in multiple states from South Carolina to New Jersey, and across Texas. The unique perspective of working in so many different communities helped Jaimie to curate resources that ensure no matter where a mom lives she can access the breastfeeding education and support she deserves.
